Hi guys, today is another day for losing fat on your butt and legs.This training is 18 minutes long and very sweat.There are three different exercises that we'll jump rope jumps over and interleave in this order.
Set your gymboss 18rounds 10seconds rest and 50 seconds for maximum reps.If you want a really good result of your work, so PUSH HARD!
1.) Skipping with Rope
2.) Santana Push Up
3.) Skipping with Rope
4.) Side Lunge with Sandbag/side to side
5.)Skipping with Rope
6.) 3x mini Squats & Jump
