Hi guys, here is the first workout this year and believe that I've really work up a sweat.I was sick for a long time, three weeks ago.Throughout this period I couldn't coach and it's in my results.This workout is the interval. training, 12 minutes long, 16 rounds 10sekonds is rest 50 seconds for max reps.
1.) DIVE BOMBER
2.) SANDBAG SQUAT
3.) KNEE RAISES
4.) SNOW BOARDER -Faster!
This all 4x !
